Cat 500 – The Comp – Cassette

Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley producer and performance artist Cary Allison makes experimental, electronic pop under the alias Cat 500, joining her processed vocals with bass-heavy beat sequencing and vintage synthesizer noodling.

Cat 500 is what my music is called, and is a venue for me to express different perspectives, she writes, adding somewhat cryptically, CURY is a female archetype and ABIMAN is the male archetype. Cat 500 is another character but its a secret what that is.

The Comp is a collection of songs from her formative years, released by Leaving Records.
